It is the most wonderful time of the year, for horror fans! October would not be complete without the thrill of horror films. In turn, these films would not feel complete without the spine-tingling hair-raising music specifically composed for them. Join us as film composer Semih Tareen breaks down the process of scoring music for horror films.
About the speaker: Semih Tareen is an award winning film composer who works with filmmaker clients locally and internationally. His latest film score, DEAD WEST, is currently streaming on Netflix, while his own film YELLOW was recently released by Arrow Video. Tareen also serves as the moderator for horror film music panels at the horror convention, Crypticon.
